Git clone, Permission denied?

Hello, I've been given access to the repository, but I can't clone it. Error comes out

git clone [email protected]:nameuser/namerepos.git
Cloning into 'namerepos'...
Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists

I don't know why but the answer turned out to be
git clone https://[email protected]/name/name.git
