I have PhpStorm and downloaded the project, created a key through the ssh terminal, added this key to GitLab, now I want to download project file updates without confirming the login and password using ssh, how to do this?

Either enable VCS support in Storm and download through it.
The main question is not how you download, but whether the Git key will pick up.
First, I recommend using the command line to check whether the Git key picks up.
