Gist plugin in PHPSTPRM. How to resume work?

PHPSTPRM has a plugin that allows you to work with GIST.
It hasn't been updated for a long time. And it stopped working after one of the updates.
And a couple of months ago it worked again, but this happiness did not last long - again it does not display anything on request.
Tell me - maybe there is some trick and you can fix this disgrace? :-)
