Getting the laptop out of safe mode, without a matrix?

Good afternoon. Old laptop, connected to TV via HDMI, no matrix. Installed boot into safe mode (hereinafter referred to as BR) via msconfig. The BR does not cling to TV. Are there any methods how to return the normal boot of Windows without a matrix? OS win 7 professional.
Disabling hdd, ram, bios batteries did not help.

As I understand it, the problem is that in the BR (without loading the drivers) - without the same drivers, the system cannot output from the external device. Even the boot screensavers themselves with the logo (POST-screen) usually do not like to display laptops on the outside, except for the matrix.
I say right away that the simplest real option is to lend a matrix (in the SC, for a small financial thank you), or buy from them for a penny, beaten, with defects, etc., sufficient purely for such situations - anyway, the main screen is TV.
You can also try using Win + P or Fn + the display switch button to switch, but most likely it's useless
