Getting money from site users. How?

Good day to all.

Given:
1) A site with foreign users (America, Canada).
2) The entire staff of admins / moderators is located in Russia.
3) US/Canadian dollars paid by users.

You need to:
1) Get paid in cash in Russia, of course with minimal losses and preferably without creating an LLC \ IP.

At the moment, I have found several final solutions. (but there are several problems in them)
1) Creation of an offshore company, with a card, in Hong Kong (about $ 1.5k) + soldered paypal to this company. And further withdrawal of cash from any ATM in the country with%.
2) Opening an offshore account for an individual in the n-th country. A glued analogue of a robokassa to the site and a further transfer of money to the account.

Share your wisdom_) who withdraws money from foreign content. How to build a financial chain correctly so that there is a final payment for your work + uncles from the tax office are not interested in your currency receipts?

I would be very grateful for good advice.

@gamecat

There is an option to set up accepting payments through fastspring.com, get a payoneer card through them and withdraw money from the card also with interest at ATMs. But registering an individual entrepreneur and paying only 6% is much easier and less possible problems (I do that).
