Good afternoon.
There are clients with bold tasks who write only on Skype. For example, change the color of the link, move the page to another section, fix an error in the content, etc.
Since clients not only write about the case, but also want to communicate, it turned out that I missed these small tasks several times.
Is there any service for fixing such tasks by the client himself? So that I can then view them and conditionally tick which ones are completed.
I gave an example, not the fact that there is something exactly like that. But I would still like to hear your recommendations.

There is Asana , but here you have to write tasks yourself.

The easiest way is Google Docs or Google Sites.
You make googledocs for each client with a template (for example, a table), and edit it along the way.
In the list of Google docs, you can see who last edited the table - you or the client.
