And who is Aptoide?

I did not publish my application in the chiomi store. But it is there and they downloaded it 400 times.
My application is tied to Google billing. And it does not start if there is no Google Play on the phone.
For myself, I see no reason to rewrite under their SDK. It will not pay off with the current arppu.

In general, it is not clear what kind of source of Aptoide publications is and how to ensure that they do not re-upload from Google Play without my knowledge.

Aptoide is a service like admob you can place ads from them in the app. I used it for a while, it seemed to show itself well, but there are some troubles. Quite decent service.
Your application from the play store can download any aggregator and distribute it further. This is very common in China, so off-play market is prohibited for them. I myself have the same situation, but by and large they help. Since in the end your application with ads inside is downloaded anyway.
