Get full access to the database?

Good day.
Faced such a problem, installed a clean system ubuntu 18.04.1 installed apache, mysql, phpmyadmin
Set up a virtual host. Everything is fine, the site works locally, but when I try to access some post (in particular, a site on wordpress), I get a 404 error, although if I search for this url in the database, I find this post. The permalinks in vp have been updated, so I don’t sin on vp itself, for some reason it seems to me that there is some problem with reading data from the database

Maybe with local rights?
The Apache user should be able to access and execute all the site files.
Look at the error_log Apache writes in sufficient detail about what is wrong)

It seems to me that you have a problem with .htaccess , if there was a problem with the connection to the database, then there would be a white screen in which there was an error reading the data
