Get access to D-Link DIR 320?

Hello!
On hand there is a home Wi-Fi router D-Link DIR 320NRU. At the moment, there is full access to it (admin panel, telnet). Firmware version 1.2.94.
To gain access to a certain network, I must give this router to the administrator for configuration. It will change the settings, including the password.
Question: how after these settings to get access to the admin panel? Or how to extract a new configuration (to create a similar one, but with your own password)?
Can I create my own root user in advance, which a full reset will not reset?
Thank you.

Let this network provide its router. And do not give your router to anyone, just know the network settings to connect. We do not need any backdoors on our own equipment.
In short, communicate with the support about getting the settings, and prescribe them yourself.

If it is possible to disassemble the router later, then you can connect to the internal UART using the usb-uart adapter and immediately get into the router console.
