Get 5x more traffic from advanced geotargeting in Adwords. Why?
An advertising company for a car business in a city in the Moscow Region 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road, we advertise for everything in the district 50 km except Moscow time, since they say whether someone will go from there and the price per click is high (I thought so). I decided to play around - turn on "interest and location" instead of "location" in the geo targeting settings. The number of impressions soared 5 times, the cost per click and the percentage of received impressions remained the same. Well, the consumption, respectively, increased by 2-3 times. Now we will analyze to leave or not. Question: why does this checkbox have such an effect on impressions (by 5 times) in my case if there are no new distant cities in the report on impressions from geo?
