Explain to me how houses / streets are tied to a map (layers) in Mapinfo.
As I understand it, the buildings are drawn by x / y (latitude / longitude).
In the old version of the map of my city, there is only Code / ID / Material / Floors, and you need to add street / number to all houses. How to update empty fields in MapInfo.
