Generating an audio file using messages?

How can I generate an audio file with certain text, duncan3dc is not suitable because after the first time it blocks due to too many requests, is it possible to have any libraries where you can generate without certain restrictions

Of the free (and probably semi-legal) you can use the usual android + google apps, it is possible to install a Google speech synthesizer there, for a bunch of languages, and for each you can load language data for offline work. Try it all in the emulator.
Semi-legal - I mean that the licenses probably have some prohibitions on building speech synthesis and recognition systems, otherwise Google would not have a paid service for the same but only online.
