Is it possible to get a bloomberg terminal demo?

Is it possible to get some demo access to the bloomberg terminal?
There is a need to check the data through the api that they provide and understand whether they work or not. And from this decide whether I need this terminal.
But I'm not ready to give $10,000 just for checking.
Is there any way to get demo access? Maybe someone here came across?
Or maybe someone has this access and for a certain amount you can give this data a week to test?
