GeForce 9800 not seeing Philips TV via HDMI?

GeForce 9800 GT,
the latest version of Nvidia Control Panel from the office. website,
TV Philips 42PFL6705,
Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
HDMI-HDMI cable
When connected via HDMI to a TV in the "Screen Resolution" settings in Windows, there is no second monitor. It is not displayed in the Nvidia Control Panel itself either. The TV says "No video signal".
After googling, we connected the SPDIF wiring from the motherboard to the vidyuhi. Actually, nothing has changed.
There is also a laptop with an HDMI output. So - everything starts from him immediately and without additional dances with tambourines.
In addition, if you turn off the VGA monitor from the vidyuhi, and leave only the HDMI TV set, then the TV displays the beginning of the Windows boot process - the BIOS and the first half of the boot (before "Welcome").
That is, the cable, all connections, TV and vidyuha are operational.
And the reason, apparently, is in crooked firewood or some settings that we have not twisted. Only where?
Tell me, please, where to dig?

SPDIF is the solution to the audio problem.
Try pressing the Windows logo key+P (http://windows.microsoft.com/ru-RU/windows7/Connect-to-a-projector), the problem might be there.

Previously, there was once an option to find new devices, or something like that was called. But then they connected with tulips. Now xs how it is there in general, I haven’t been tinkering with the driver panels for a long time, in Nvidia and even more so +).

Dig somewhere in the bios. There was a similar problem. Bios rolled back to optimal settings, everything started
