Recommend gateways for accepting payments from Visa / MasterCard cards on the site with a minimum commission.
The resource is foreign.
And if there is registration on it, then in English.
I would also like to know the normal documentation for the
2checkout API, but there is a large commission.

BrainTree Pyament is a very good option. With a good API and ready-made libraries for popular programming languages

You did not indicate where you want to withdraw money and what commission is “big” for you.
At one time I looked towards Chronopay - but refused.
For myself, I already understood that if I provide high-quality services on cards, then only through www.firstdata.com about the commission - I don’t remember.
But I know that the API - they have everything planned.
It all ended with the fact that I signed an agreement with:
www.moneybookers.com - like the British.
www.paypal.com - opened a business account.
dotpay.eu/index.php?content=&newlang=en and then signed an agreement (Poland).
In general, the user chooses what is convenient for him.
Everything goes through my account and company card, so there are no problems.
