Garland on msp430?

Until the new year, nothing at all, but I realized it only now, when I saw an article on Habré about a Christmas tree made of LEDs. I am already very far from home,
there are Christmas trees, it doesn’t even smell of snow, but I want something to remind me of the holiday. When I saw the article, I realized that when I left home half a year ago, I took a bunch
of green LEDs and a soldering iron with me. If I say that I am a beginner radio/soldering/something amateur, then I will praise myself very much. I would like to get something similar to this,
it can be simpler, using the MSP430 if possible, the search engines poked, but it was with the msp430 that I did not find anything similar, where they would explain how and what to do on the fingers.

A bunch of LEDs, some diodes, a bunch of capacitors, a soldering iron, MSP430 2 pieces, a multimeter and a zoo of chargers
(9 5 12 1.4 4.2 5.2 volts) and a bunch of batteries (1.2 1.5 4.2 9 volt).
Do not immediately kill karma for such a stupid request, you just want a holiday.
