Garbage collector for .Net without stop-the-world pauses?
There is such a commercial virtual machine for Java, with a guaranteed response and no stops for garbage collection, called Azul C4 , I would like to know if there is an implementation or analogue for .Net or Mono?
And if not, how much does it cost? (Interested in software emulation, not hardware) Is it really possible to buy it at all or can only organizations afford it? And then I never found pricing.

Here the moment is quite subtle and much depends on the version of the platform. For example, in version 2.0, threads were suspended and garbage collection took place. In version 4.5, the garbage collector runs in the background and doesn't stop the application in any way. From which version this feature was implemented, I don’t remember, but you can google it.
