The best tool for most Windows tasks, and therefore it is developed, vacancies should not just be opened, but analyzed and you will find the answer to the question why they need .NET, I didn’t notice a special trend in .NET with Ukraine, so they write a lot of viruses there, of course, if such there is a connection, it is indirect, you need to look at the tasks and platforms with which they work.
