Gaming PC up to 35,000 rubles? What accessories are better to choose?

The package (i.e. budget) should include:
- the computer itself (a tower with stuffing)
- two joysticks (no worse than console ones, preferably like XBox)
- wireless keyboard + mouse
Instead of a monitor, a TV set will be used (already exists).
What decent can be collected for 35k?
Thank you!

XBox is just right.

For modern 4k gaming, you need at least a GTX1080. Cards, a level lower, stupidly will not pull such a resolution.
That is, your budget includes only a video card ...

Why does everyone have such a conviction that since the TV set is 4k, then the picture is planned to be displayed on it in 4k. This was not in the question.
In fact, if you are satisfied with any quality at any resolution, then something like G4600 + 8-16Gb ram + 1050Ti + the rest is "for change". You can't cram anything else into this budget.
Given the slightly cheaper vidyuhi, maybe 1060 will fit.
Without an SSD it will be very sad, a non-native resolution is also sad. The settings will not be high everywhere, FPS, respectively, as lucky.
At the minimum in fullHD, you will most likely be able to play "everything".

used only computer for that kind of money.
https://krsk.au.ru/9435757/ - for example. In it, at least most likely in all games on fullhd almost on ultra din.
On 4k, of course, it is no good anywhere.

At "game" only percents with vidyukha will cost so much. You should either revise the budget, or more accurately describe what you mean by "gaming PC"
