GA4 demographic data collection not working?

Hello!
Does anyone know how to start collecting demographic data in GA4? The reports do not contain information about the Age, Interests and Gender of the user.
The report also displays the warning Limit set. The help says that it may be due to insufficient data, but I think more than 2 thousand visitors are enough for statistics.
I did not find any materials on this topic on the Internet, basically everything about Analytics Universal.
Please help me figure out how to start collecting demographics.
