G+ as RSS. A replacement for plusfeed.appspot.com?

Today, plusfeed.appspot.com sent an email saying they are closing due to a price hike on GoogleApps.
How else can I get a user's G+ feed as RSS to add to Google.Reader

Well, or write a local parser yourself.
