Hello. Is there any website builder like Weebly or WIX but with ample opportunities to create not only beautiful portfolios but also interactive UI elements. I'm not interested in the number of graphic templates, but in the library of various UI forms and fields, sliding lists, programmable checkboxes, etc.

The bottom line is that if there was such a cool designer, then layout designers would have been left without work for a long time.
Well, there is still no perfect tool for creating a site from visual drag and drop forms. You still have to code.
Choose the framework that you like the most and rivet from it. There are no other options yet.

but I still advise you to buy hosting + wordpress + pinegrow.com (pinehrow is not the best visual drag-n-drop front-end development system right now)
h. s. for wordpress there is also a headwaythemes template constructor, but it is less flexible
