Full-text search in files on a computer, taking into account word forms?

I want to find a file where there is a phrase, the exact wording of which I do not remember. Only keywords - and even then I don’t remember in what cases-quantities they are.
Requires something like a google search, but only on my files.
I tried to upload files to google docs - it does not look for different word forms there.
Windows xp system, there are files with the same information in different formats - fb2, doc, pdf.

As a variant of Unreal Commander x-diesel.com/ - there is a content search (quite fast), but of course there is no pseudo-intelligence.

Yes, the first thing that came to mind was Yandex.Personal Search, I can find the distribution kit in the archives (if necessary) ... They seem to have closed the project, they couldn’t download the same.

You need a local search engine . Have you tried the standard Windows Search? If it doesn't help, try Archivist 3000 or Copernic Desktop Search

google desktop
Under it there are a large number of plug-ins. Very fast, makes indexes that are not large in terms of discuse.
The main difference from others is a good relevancy sorting algorithm.
