Full SQL dump for IBM DB2?

At work, I had to deal with ibm creativity, namely db2 9.7 ... The
question is the following: how to make a complete database dump in db2, including structure, data, procedures and other logic? how to dump all this into a file similar in structure to a MySQL dump? db2look saves only the structure, as far as I understand.
And, perhaps, someone has already had to convert databases between mysql and db2, which product should be used for this and how efficient is it?
