Full Screen for app?

Hello. Please tell me how you can make the application run in full screen mode (there was no bar status and navigation menu). I tested a couple of applications: "GMD Full Screen Immersive Mode", "Fulscrn Free" and others. But they hide, but if you swipe up and down where these menus should be, then they appear, is it possible to completely block the possibility of these panels appearing?

On 4.4 only through a set of dirty hacks that do not help 100%. You can do it normally only with 5.0.
