Full-fledged development of games on the Android OS - is it possible?

Recently, I had troubles with a PC, and such that I have to forget about it for a long time, up to buying a new PC, and given that my only income is a scholarship, it will not be soon. From working electronics, I only have a seven-inch tablet left, on which I read books / documentation and run small parts of the code in various IDEs.
Since I am interested in game development (Pygame, Corona SDK, learning C ++ is on the way), I need at least an editor and something that would run my code. There is such a thing, but they do not support the engines on which I write, and the only engine that can be run immediately on android is LÖVE. But there are a lot of inconveniences with it, it is quite good and flexible, but to launch any game immediately from an android, you need to put all the sources into an archive, rename the archive and run it, there can be no talk of debugging the code.
There are also sites with puzzles, such as CodeWars, but their site is poorly adapted to the touch and typing is annoying. It's the same with many similar sites.
All of this raises questions. Is it possible to comfortably continue learning programming without a PC? I do not want to become a theoretician, because without practice there is no point at all. Is it possible to develop in this way? Well, your experience, advice and everything else. I really don't want to give up on this.

You can't do programming without a PC. on a tablet and on a phone this is a perversion, nothing more, well, you can check a small function there or write something for an example and that's it

Theoretically, you can connect a wireless keyboard to the tablet, and some even wire it via OTG.

There is also AIDE in the market. It allows you to code directly on your tablet.
