Full copy of my Instagram account - who and why?

Hello colleagues! I suddenly discovered that there is an almost complete copy of my account on Instagram. The username has been slightly changed - several letters have been inserted into the center of the word, making it meaningless. Text info copied - but the surname is deleted (the name is left). The userpic with my face has been removed, replaced with one of the photos from the account, still life. Infa generally corresponds to the one that was more than a year ago. All photos, descriptions to them, tags, all comments to the photo are copied - they come from some left-wing, senselessly named accounts on which something is advertised or sold. This profile is updated late from mine about a day.
My profile does not represent anything, I am not a famous or public person, no commercial or public activity is carried out from the profile. There are two or three hundred photos, more than 90 percent of which are my personal copyrighted content - views from travels, sketches from life, a few selfies in person and with friends like "hmm, this top hat suits me / check out the new bike helmet", attempts a little pokudozhnichat, something funny or awkward. Nonsense in general, which is customary to share with friends. About 500 people have subscribed to the account, of which three dozen are personally acquaintances, the rest have been subscribed somehow in three years. Nothing remarkable.
I understand that someone automatically grabbed it all, a year ago I wrote an Instagram client for ios in order to study the technology, it’s easy and the api is understandable. It's unclear what.
1) why? someone creates an imitation of life for the sake of likes / cheats?
2) can it (at least potentially) hurt or disturb me?
3) how, where and what to complain about? I wouldn't mind if this account was banned. there is a topic for a complaint on instagram - someone, they say, is impersonating me - but he doesn’t give it away, but just poked my content and mirrors (although there is also my face among the photos)
, please enlighten who knows. I'm not very good at what's going on around social networks

@fedorez

1) Either an account for trolling (less likely), or for likes / cheats. You don't use it for anything else.
2) Concern, apparently, has already been delivered to you. It can be harmful if the account is socially active and real people will associate your face with it. For example, with pictures of a new toothpaste with an extract of medicinal herbs. The probability of this is small.
3) This is it. Complain.

@Protos

Maybe they are preparing for a social engineering attack on your colleague / friend, they say, look here is my new account

Such accounts are used to cheat and imitate a living person. Such a black SMM (in most cases). There is still a small degree of probability that they are used for the purpose of fraud or trolling (including political/harassment), but this is extremely unlikely.
Be sure to send a complaint with a detailed answer "what, how and why"!
