FT800 not responding, please help?

Greetings to all readers!
I ask for help in starting the LCD display controlled by the FT800 chip.
I'm trying to run in conjunction with STM32F103, but there is no reaction to SPI requests / commands.
It can only be turned on by issuing the ACTIVE command (0x00, 0x00, 0x00).
Log. there is no analyzer, but there is an oscillator. With it, I looked at the "correctness of the parcels", looping
each one and synchronizing over CLK. Judging by the picture, SPI is configured correctly, the speed is set to the minimum
(tried more).
Judging by the LH, after turning it on, it should be in the standard SPI mode and I don’t have any problems or questions about the documentation, I don’t even know where to dig further.
