FSMO Schema master role (DC) stores user data such as phone number?

We know that the Schema Master is responsible for the classes and attributes, but I don't understand the user data, for example, the phone number is stored only by the DC that runs the Schema master and then replicated?? Or how? Please explain to me, thanks in advance

@Tabletko

The scheme master is responsible for making changes to the ldap scheme when needed. Data is stored on all domain controllers.

FSMO role holders are not designed to store data, but to create uniqueness in Active Directory.
This avoids collisions because only one unique domain controller can make important changes.
