From the selected fragment of the HTML code, place the class names, id?
After rearranging the OS, all plugins with SublimeText3 flew off.
I had a wonderful Tag plugin (well, at least I always thought that it was called that), which did like this:

I binded myself to Ctrl+` and that's it :-)
but now it doesn't even work. please tell me an alternative, or what is it called correctly?

That's right, you need to install the TAG plugin for ST3, the command will be in the edit->tag->get css classes menu
