From SMS.ru do not receive messages to MTS phones only for me?

The SMS.ru support service does not answer the phone, they promise a response to a request through the form in a day. The basic tariff does not work, they are immediately transferred to the "Direct Channels" tariff and SMS is not delivered to MTS. Who to replace?
