From mail to website, is it real?

Good afternoon/evening dear connoisseurs.
I would like to ask you a question about the implementation of the following thing (I could not find anything like that, alas ... I will torment you): There is some mail (does not matter), a letter is sent to it with an attachment (does not matter which one), somehow and something downloads this application and uploads it all to the site (for example) or to the server with the site, from where the site scans the directory (where the attachment was downloaded) and sticks this attachment into a certain place

The task is close to the essence of IFTTT.com, but I doubt that there is an upload to ftp.
I think this is a matter of one script, which will download the attachment using the mail client and upload it to the server using the FTP client.
