Friezes on video (not loading, but shuffling frames)?

I work on a good computer, RAM 16GB, razen 7, powerful CPU, in terms of hardware - a computer for graphics programs.
But I ran into a problem: when I render a video preview, the frames are mixed up and a looped video is obtained, that is, for example, the video goes on and at some point in the middle or end there are frames that were at the beginning and a hard frieze, lags.
I thought it was just such a preview, but when I put it on render, the result was exactly the same video with friezes and lags. What should I do to solve the problem??
The quality was reduced to a third, only AE was enabled on the laptop, no browsers or third-party programs that devour memory, only half of the RAM was loaded in the manager.
