Friezes on the radio link. Distance 2 km. Tweaking Ubiquiti NanoStation M2?

Good day, Friends!
I ask for your help in fine-tuning the radio bridge. Visibility is direct. 1.5-2 km.
Lately there have been friezes. We work with video surveillance, so they are critical for us.
After reading the docks, tweaked the settings, it got better, but still the video slows down.
Here are the settings now.

Turn off Channel Shifting (on both devices)
Adjust the direction of the antennas.
The channel width can be reduced to 20 so that it catches less interference from other points
. Scan the range, there may be interfering points on the channel, reconfigure to another one.
ACK / Distance set the same at both points
Max TX rate done based on the real one with a margin of + 20%
