Why does RDP slow down when connected via WIFI?

There is a small office, 15 monoblocks, all of them are connected to one local server via RDP, in theory it was possible not to suffer and connect them all to WIFI and there will be no wires! , despite the fact that the router is a very powerful dual-core one and should only pull such a load on the way, besides, the RDP settings are minimal and very little traffic passes through them.
The most important thing at home is a very weak router and I connect to a working server through it and everything flies.
I do not understand what is the reason for the brakes, tell me who knows.

No need.
If you work and not surf the Internet - Wi-Fi is worse than wires.
Moreover, for 15 cars. Moreover, it is possible that the neighbors have Wi-Fi.
You have already encountered shoals, but you stubbornly want to eat a cactus.
despite the fact that the router is a very powerful dual-core and such a load should only pull on the road
The core of the router has nothing to do with it.
There are multiple collisions, the resolution of which requires additional time.
