Frequent job changes. How to behave when searching?
For 2 years I have changed 2 jobs (one - 8 months, the second - 10 months). I don't know what to do now when looking for a job. Should you include both jobs on your resume? Or just the latest (which is 10 months old)? And is there any chance at all now to get a job or go freelancing again with such "jumps"?
If this is important, then I code in PHP, one company moved, from another they reduced it. There are recommendations from both places, but judging by the experience of past job searches, they are not asked.

Of course, no one likes this. Write both places with explanations why so few. Give recommendations yourself, don't wait to be asked.
I changed 2 places in 1.5 years, and calmly found the third one, the industry is fine with this
Yes, it’s all in the past to see how many people have worked somewhere. Don't worry
Yes, you are a good worker... I'm not kidding. As a rule, the critical period is 3 months. - This is a probationary period.
The reasons for your departure from previous jobs will mainly concern only HRs, as they will partially appreciate some of your qualities regarding the ability to communicate on non-professional topics (so to speak - the maturity of your thinking ...), while all HRs understand that in 80% of cases candidates' answers are more often false than true ... but this is necessary to weed out candidates who "have not grown up" but of the required level.
So do not worry about these two jobs, if something personally does not suit you in justifying the reasons for leaving, come up with another reasonable explanation.
For example, at one time I had four official jobs that could not be hidden ... here it was difficult to explain how this is possible and why I quit everywhere at the same time ...
dont care at all! The IT industry is such a dynamic thing. Better jump, be on the lookout.
But just do it the scourge of the industry, yes! Developers move from project to project from one company to another - often simply because of the salary. Don't finish projects.
Heard this.
