Freezes in the game after buying a router, what should I do?

In general, I recently upgraded the tariff to 300 Mbps from the provider, the old router did not export this speed, so I bought a new one - MikroTik RB951G-2HnD
I was too lazy to read a bunch of manuals for dummies on setting up this fancy device, so I turned to the center of my provider to the master, so he set everything up for me.
Well, I set it up, everything is fine on the speedtest, but now, when I go to any server in CS:GO, I encounter freezes (as I understand it, packet loss or something like that). What to do? I would be very happy if a Mikrotik specialist breaks into my question, maybe something is not configured correctly.

net_graph 1 in the CSGO console write, you will see the LOSS parameter. then go to any server and watch it. if LOSS is greater than 0, then there is a loss between you and the server.
although MM has been slowing down for me lately, I go to play on FaceIT.
But in general, on Mikrotik, yes, you can track everything.
