FreePBX missed notification in jabber?

Hello, I have FreePBX 13, married it to a local jabber server. Request xmpp show connections
Gives the answer [conected] , what should be written in extensions_custom.conf, so that in case of a missed call, the user will receive a message about this on the monitor screen? Unfortunately, all phones are without screen backlight and the age of users is > 40, female, so it is almost impossible to teach them to look at the phone screen at least sometimes, there are several analog phones connected via cisco spa-112, there is no way to recognize them at all. Ideally, the notification should also come about unanswered calls in groups and queues. Google did not help, so I ask for help here.
Thank you!

Surely the article from Google does not help? What did you not manage to implement from it?

There is no mention of the number 787 in the logs at all. It can be seen that from the number 132 they called 134, and the dialplan started in the context of [DenyMezdunarod].
The extensions_custom.conf file defaults to the [from-internal-custom] context included in the [from-internal] context.

Good afternoon, dear colleagues! I found this article https://voxlink.ru/kb/freepbx/uvedomleniya-ot-free... ,
I now have it implemented so that notifications of missed calls are sent to the mail .. made from queues and from groups.
Please tell me how to make a selection so that a report comes by mail from the missed calls of a particular manager for a week. There is an Asternic CDR Reports module, I build a report there with my hands every time. How to do it here? or from CDR Reports? The main thing is that the machine should have a report on missed and unanswered calls .. namely external ones ...
