FreeNAS 11. Why won't virtual machines start after reboot?

Those. all the rules are installed, at the end of the installation a reboot occurs, the system boots up and everything seems to be fine.
But if the virtual machine is turned off / restarted, then we see such a screen as in the screenshot.
