Freelancing for minors?

Hey! I am currently 15 years old (soon to be 16). I live in Belarus and have been programming for a long time. I have experience in developing applications in C ++, C #, Unity, etc. However, there is still no experience in freelancing. Resources known to me suggest passport verification and reaching the age of 18. Please tell me the sites, if there are any, that do not require such verification and (or) reaching the age of majority. Thanks in advance!

Correctly guess. They are insured. The state (well, in the Russian Federation, at least) is now so fucked up on the topic of "they are children" that it's easy to slander him for any business with a minor. To hire a youngster according to all laws - it’s a damn thing, it’s almost like flying into space - it’s me, as a person who has been sitting in the premises of the personnel department for several years, I say - every summer, fulfilling the youngest quota is such a pain ...
And, by the way (again in the Russian Federation), up to 16 years of age, you can work only with the permission of guardianship and parents. (after 16 you can put a bolt on everyone).
I see two ways out here:
- to work "underhand", through relatives and acquaintances.
- negotiate with dad-mom-older sister-cousin grandmother, start an account for her. The money really needs to be shared :)

In any case, you need to carefully study all the documents of such a site regarding the second part of the question.
I think it’s easy to see that I’m quite far from freelancing, but even I’ve met complaints about situations where, in the event of some questions or blocking from the service, they didn’t give money when it turned out that the author of the complaint, for example, is 17.
Perhaps the only a reasonable option for you is to register under the name of one of your real relatives (after agreeing with them), but then see for yourself - how comfortable you are for your money to go through someone else.

After the age of 16, go through the emancipation procedure and get all the civil rights of an adult (except for electoral and military service)
