Freelancing and taxes, is it worth paying?

Hello everyone, I recently started making money by taking orders from foreign customers, the income is not big, over the past six months, about 90 tr. I do not conclude contracts with customers, I accept payments on paypal.
The first question is whether it is worth registering an individual entrepreneur in this case, or is it better to pay the usual income tax, given that I myself am not yet sure about the stability of my income.
And finally, the most important question is, does the tax authority know about my income, and what complications can arise if I just continue to withdraw money to my Sberbank account? Can they wait in this case, and then show me a fine + all the accumulated pennies. (The fact is that I already had small graters with the tax, because of the 10 tr sent to me by the technical school on the card for a trip to the sanatorium lol, but everything was settled there)
How is the interaction between the bank and the tax authorities generally arranged?
I read similar topics on this forum, but they only raised more questions, I will be very grateful for your answers.

In the Russian Federation, no one is touched for small incomes. I personally worked so illegally for many years with a much larger income than you. In order to become interested in you, the income must be very large, 100-200 tr. per month is a minimum, and then such amounts are not of interest to the tax. I have examples where people earn from 500 thousand a month, and from 1 million, and no one touches them.
The issue of legalization is very interesting, for example, I gladly legalized. Now it is very simple. An individual entrepreneur on the simplified tax system pays only 6% income tax. Of course, you still need to pay to the FIU, there are 18 thousand a year. But here is a very interesting point. If you pay to the Pension Fund on a quarterly basis (in advance payments), then taxes are deducted for the amount of pension contributions.
In simple terms, you pay to the Pension Fund every quarter and they forgive you 18,000 rubles in taxes. And this means that if the income per year is less than 300,000, then you don’t have to pay taxes at all, only in the Pension Fund.
But if I were you, I would not think about legalization until this is your main type of employment and until the income is less than 30-50 tr. per month.

Read about the financial monitoring service. Just google it: "financial monitoring of banking operations in the Russian Federation." And go through the first couple of links. In short, yes, there is a risk of getting caught in the pencil, since there is Law N 115-FZ "On Counteracting the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime and the Financing of Terrorism." According to which, if banks "are SUSPECTED that any operations are CARRIED OUT for the purpose of legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime or financing of terrorism", then the bank is obliged to report this. The size of the amounts in these operations does not matter.
If you have an income of 90 thousand - this is a total of six months, then you probably don’t need to bother yet. But we must understand that the risk is still there, albeit small. If you mean 90 thousand monthly, then it makes sense to open an IP. Individual entrepreneurs on a simplified taxation scheme have rather benign conditions, and a percentage of taxes (6%) is paid only on income.
The only minus of an IP is the obligation to make payments to the FIU and you will need to pay for the maintenance of a bank account. When I worked, I paid about 800 rubles a month, now I don’t know how much. Well, different banks have different ways, you can choose where it is cheaper.

1) the tax office does not know, even if it knows, it does not officially know until there is an evasion case.
2) when the issue of a fine arises, you will have to pay both taxes and a fine.
3) banks send more than 150k (or 300k, they say differently) to financial monitoring, this is not tax, but also unpleasant, Paypal is more difficult, xs what it sends and where, but sends it too, because it complies with laws in the ruble zone
4) register you need an IP in order to receive periodically from abroad according to the law, because an ordinary person cannot conduct foreign economic activity. The problem is that it is practically impossible for a freelancer to receive documents for individual entrepreneurs from contractors, this, in general, is the main snag of this situation, it is solved locally in different ways, yet the individual entrepreneur tax is more profitable than the individual tax
Paypal and banks are fighting the use of private business accounts, but as it is not in their interests, then sluggish: if a lot of payments per month pour into your account / card, the bank will tense up for illegal business and offer to close the account. Approximately the same and paypal - if questions come from him - strain.
In your case, the most correct way (but not the cheapest) would be to accumulate amounts on Paypal, withdraw them to the account once a quarter and pay tax simply income - "here is income, here is tax", you can file it as a fee, which is not entrepreneurship and is allowed . Let your local boo tell you.
But it's better, because it will come in handy anyway - for relations with organizations and non-cash transactions, start tuning in to maintaining documentation and individual entrepreneurs, if there is a boom - ask, well, read freelance forums
, also look to receive money for this option

There is little income, do not bother yet.

I would be in your place of ordering a Payoneer card and cash out all the money through it (maybe Paypel has such a chip, I don’t know). 90 thousand, even a month (and even more so for six months) is not such a large amount to pay taxes on it.

If your income is low, don't bother. and it won't be profitable. And if there are large sums, then open an individual entrepreneur and pay 6% for simplified taxation and that's it.

If you follow the law to the fullest, then yes, you need to.
If you follow the political and economic situation, then there are 2 options.
First, you have ever publicly expressed, or will express your political or economic point of view, then yes you need to become a legal entity. In a rude way, today you took to the streets against corruption, tomorrow they will find a nitpick, including in the amount of 5 krub, to start a case. Today you came out for the support of the authorities, if the opposition comes to power, then again you will be remembered. Point a: 6% from 90krub is 5.4krub of lost six-month benefits for the state. The salary and time spent on "restoring justice" will exceed this amount in the first week. So no one will bother.
Second, you do not defend your civil position (not all of this is yours), that is, 2 points.
Point b: 6% from 90kr per month - this is already becoming more interesting. So here I recommend all the same to become a legal entity. In addition, the tax is paid on profits, not turnover. (Roughly: profit \u003d turnover - expenses)
That is (depending on the legal status: individual entrepreneur, LLC ...) you can subtract, rent a room, bills for the Internet (electricity, telephone ...), purchase a telephone (computer, mice...), contract another freelancer for a particular function.
And the tax in this case is paid from the balance.

@RadmirZ
