Free version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 on which you can make a project and sell it?

Tell me, I downloaded Unreal Engine from the off site and put it on the computer, he writes that I need vizhl studio 2013 so that I can do something there on it :)))
There is such a question if you make a project on it using studio 2013 , like they write that it is free, who knows for sure, tell me, is it possible to use the free community version of MSVS2013 to sell my projects released on this studio and place them wherever your heart desires, what are the restrictions ???
PS Sorry for the grammar, we are not literate

Question. Who can use the Visual Studio Community?
Answer Good timing for this question. Here's how individual developers can use Visual Studio Community:
Any individual developer can create free or paid apps using Visual Studio Community.
Here's how Visual Studio Community can be used in organizations:
Visual Studio Community can be used by an unlimited number of users in an organization in the following ways: in a classroom, for academic research, or to participate in open source projects.
For all other use cases: In non-corporate organizations, Visual Studio Community can have up to 5 users. In enterprise organizations (using > 250 PCs or having > $1 million in annual revenue), use is prohibited except as noted above (open source, academic research, and classrooms).

As far as I remember, the community version is for teams of up to 5 people. Commercial including. So it should be possible.
Although it is strange - a cross-platform engine that requires a probe. Perhaps you just ran into a project created for VS, and there is a similar one nearby, for example, for QtCreator?
