How do they work with git diffs of 3d assets in GameDev?
Good afternoon,
tell me how they do diff on 3d assets (as well as other types of assets) in the game development industry. Now there is an urgent task - the competent use of source control on their projects in UE4. I have experience using Git in normal software development (text diffs). But I can't find any information on diffs of binary assets, except for comparing pictures on GitHub and Blueprints for UE4.
Tell me, how do they usually make diffs, resolve merge conflicts, etc. on binary assets in game development?
Thanks in advance!
