I'm working on a free website development project.
And now I got a question, will it be legal to take free templates, sharpen them for myself.
Will the copyright holders have any questions about the project.

If you can't find it, ask the authors.
And all questions will disappear by themselves.

You can unify them, but this will also not be entirely correct. In any case, many authors write terms of use for their templates. Alternatively, you can buy a template for commercial use (if you don't need hundreds of them).
