Free stock from still video?

I'm not sure what it's called, but you want a still video where the camera doesn't move.
Are there any free stocks where you can find such videos? I've looked at a few, like coverr.co, but I don't find those videos there.
In extreme cases, you can pay (but not $ 79 per video), but then you definitely need to specialize in just such a video.
