Layouts and prototypes

Free prototyping tool?

The task is to choose a universal prototyping tool on Windows or in the WEB
. Requirements:

  • possibility of prototyping for both web and mobile/desktop
  • dynamic elements (clickable, animated, etc.)
  • simple enough (for quick prototyping)
  • convenient adaptation to different screens
Here is a good enough filter of popular prototypes, but of them, plus the ones I found from articles, I end up with a list:
www.invisionapp.com
https://marvelapp.com/
https://webflow.com/
www.pixate.com
pencil. evolus.vn
https://balsamiq.com/
https://www.mockflow.com/
https://cacoo.com/
at first glance, pixate would be the most suitable, but in order not to jump to conclusions, I want to find out about other tools, that meet the requirements and may not be listed

I personally use Pixate now. Free. Not everything works smoothly (or my hands are not out of my hands), but the principle "If Event A, then Event B" turned out to be quite easy for me to master. For me personally, it is optimal in the ratio "complexity of development - functional"
Sometimes I use Marvel, if I need to send someone to be poked there. It is very simply implemented there, but there are very few possibilities in animation.
Invision does not reach the hands, although it seems to be very popular and simple.
And your link convinced me to try it immediately))
