Tell me, are there free online bugtrackers in nature?
At the moment I'm using the built-in github, but it's too minimalistic. Bugs have no elementary statuses.

It's not an advertisement , sorry. Soon they promise to add the Russian language (localization in general).

Bitbucket has jira built in. Unlike github, you can maintain a private repository for free, though up to five people in a team.
