Free offline (yandex) map of my city with real coordinates - is it real?
As I understand it, the free Yandex API will not suit me, because I will actively use coordinates, and besides, I don’t need any routes, no information about objects, no photos, just a schematic (fresh) map of one city (except for house numbers and streets do not interfere) so that it can be periodically updated manually. But the main thing is that it should be possible to determine the location in it by the coordinates of the form "53.905287, 27.553525".
In what direction to dig?
Somehow unload the yandex map and apply a coordinate grid to this piece?

Look towards OpenStreetMap.
If you do not want accuracy and details - you can always correct it.
In general: Free, high quality and legal - this is a very rare combination.
Forget about the freebie - after all, even if you get it, you still have to make an effort to use it)
