Free multi-landings for business, or how do you like such a startup?

No - this post is not about how to find an investor for a bare idea.... And not about whether the society needs this idea....
We released a product and started the first sales. It is interesting to create a community around this product, and take the most interested people into your team.
Business is simple. Everyone knows about landings, multi-landings, context and targeting. In short, multi-landing displays information on the page in accordance with the search query of a potential client. And the latter gets the impression that he gets to the page of a company that specializes in exactly the product or service he needs.
For example: tours to Thailand, tours to Egypt, tours to the Emirates... tours N. For each request, the landing page changes its content, and at the same time it is always located on the same domain.
The key idea is this. In every city in Russia there are stretch ceiling companies, tours, flower delivery and so on ... there are hundreds of them! We take one line. We create a multi-landing for it, set up Yandex and Google .... and give it to the business to use. In one city, in one niche, there is only one company.
Everything is naturally automated. The user changes the information on prices and contacts (etc.) on the page, and after 10 minutes he has a ready-made multiland posted on the Internet. He enters data for Direct and after 3 minutes he has an advertising campaign for 10,000 ads ready for upload to Yandex.
However, he pays nothing for it. We work for payment on each application received by him. There are different pricing plans for this. The minimum is 490 rubles\6 applications. Maximum - 5,000 rubles\unlimited (month).
In general, the product is a symbiosis of a professional web studio and a landing page designer. From the web studio the quality of the packed pages and advertisements. From the designer - the ability to adapt it for yourself. But without freedom of action. After all, everyone knows what quality of landing and advertising will be created by the director of the stretch ceiling company in the constructor?
Demand is good enough. Conversion to a deal - 20% (with cold touches with a client).
