Red Hat and SuSE have a clear certification structure. the rest, alas ... amateur performance. to your regret, these distributions are clearly geared towards big business. and courses with certifications for them are paid.

IMHO most of these pieces of paper are only for raising money by training centers and wiping ass (by you and the employer) ...
